What counts is consistency, strategy and the final.

Four races.
Three best performances.
Four titles.
One Championship.
2026 Championships

As of 2026, the FROGMAN Swimrun Series Championship includes four title categories:

Men – Long Distance

Women – Long Distance

Men – Sprint Distance

Women – Sprint Distance

All athletes participate in the same championship, claiming the title of their category.

This last sentence:

“All athletes participate in the same championship, claiming the title of their category.”

I think it also solves the main issue. It clearly shows that there are not four different championships, but one single championship with four titles per category. I think that best captures the philosophy you want to pass.

How the Championship is won

Each race awards points.
The three best scores of each athlete are calculated.
Participation in the final race (King) is mandatory.
The final awards points with a coefficient of ×1.5.
Nothing is finished before the last finish.

Scoring System
Long Distances

The first receives points equal to the kilometers ×10.
The score decreases by 10 points per place.
From 11th place onwards, everyone receives the score of 10th place.

Sprint Distances

The first receives points equal to the kilometers ×10.
Example: Genesis Sprint 6.5 km = 65 points.
The score decreases by 5 points per place up to 10th place.
From 11th place onwards, everyone receives the score of 10th place.

Special Regulations
Tie

In the event of a tie in the overall score, the athlete with the best position in the three races that count towards his score takes precedence. If the tie remains, the second best position is compared and then the third best position.
Participation in both distances

An athlete who participates in both the Long and Sprint distances during the racing year is scored independently in each title category. Long Distance points are only counted towards the Long Distance score, while Sprint points are only counted towards the Sprint score.
The Titles

After completing FROGMAN King, the following are awarded:

Men’s Champion – Long Distance

Women’s Champion – Long Distance

Men’s Champion – Sprint Distance

Women’s Champion – Sprint Distance

We are committed to organizing events that respect and protect the environment.
We minimize plastic use and choose recyclable materials.
Our race routes are designed to avoid disturbing local flora and fauna.
We ensure the area remains clean before, during, and after the event.
We ask every athlete to support this effort:
avoid littering, use the designated bins, and respect the natural landscape.
Respect for nature is part of the FROGMAN spirit.
Together, we protect the environment that makes our races unique.

At the starting point in the Secretariat area, there will be a group of volunteers who will take charge of receiving and storing the athletes' personal belongings.

Each athlete's participation package also includes their personal number in the form of a sticker. This number must be affixed to their personal belongings, in order to easily identify the owner of each item.
