- Furthermore, they fully accept responsibility for any injury or accident that may occur to or from the venue of the event or during its duration, as well as for anything that may arise during their participation. They waive any claim from the organizers, sponsors and anyone directly or indirectly involved in the conduct of the event and accept that the above persons do not bear any legal responsibility for anything that may arise during their participation.

This last sentence:
“All athletes participate in the same championship, claiming the title of their category.”
I think it also solves the main issue. It clearly shows that there are not four different championships, but one single championship with four titles per category. I think that best captures the philosophy you want to pass.

We are committed to organizing events that respect and protect the environment.
We minimize plastic use and choose recyclable materials.
Our race routes are designed to avoid disturbing local flora and fauna.
We ensure the area remains clean before, during, and after the event.
We ask every athlete to support this effort:
avoid littering, use the designated bins, and respect the natural landscape.
Respect for nature is part of the FROGMAN spirit.
Together, we protect the environment that makes our races unique.
At the starting point in the Secretariat area, there will be a group of volunteers who will take charge of receiving and storing the athletes' personal belongings.
Each athlete's participation package also includes their personal number in the form of a sticker. This number must be affixed to their personal belongings, in order to easily identify the owner of each item.

A few words about Lake Doxa
Lake Doxa is one of the most impressive natural “tracks” in Greece. At an altitude of approximately 900 meters, it offers crystal clear waters ideal for dynamic swim segments and a mountainous environment that increases the intensity of the runs. The alpine landscape of Feneo, the dense fir trees and the emblematic chapel of Agios Fanourios in the middle of the lake create a unique atmosphere that raises the level of each race. The area is perfectly suited for high performance, technical changes and an authentic Solo Swimrun experience
Lake Doxa – Natura Protected Area
Lake Doxa and its surrounding area are part of the Natura 2000 network, a recognized protected area for its natural beauty and biodiversity. Despite the fact that the lake is artificial, it is home to a multitude of plant and animal species, while the fir trees and the alpine landscape maintain the natural balance and ecological value of the area.
The area offers visitors a unique experience of outdoor sports, natural recreation and contact with nature, in an environment that combines a dynamic sports spirit and respect for the environment.
Discover the alpine beauty of the Peloponnese and the ultimate swimrun experience at Lake Doxa, a Natura protected area with crystal clear waters and dense fir trees. The dynamic alternations of running and swimming between a lake and mountain trails will test your endurance and technique, while the chapel of Agios Fanourios and the surrounding traditional villages offer a unique atmosphere and photographic moments.
Live a unique Greek swimrun experience, combining sport, nature and culture, in an area rarely seen in international competitions.
